Pricing questions?

Here are answers to some common questions about our plans, pricing, and payment methods.

Yes! You will be given a 7 day free trial once you signup for the Plus plan. You can cancel your plan anytime during those seven days and you will not be charged.
Real-time estimation provides gender, formant, or pitch estimates as soon as the audio is recorded, and is also displayed to you immediately. As opposed to the estimates only being shown to you at the end of the recording session.
Once you record audio you have the opportunity to upload and save it on Genderfluent, where you can replay it at a later time. The quota is the limit of the total length of time across all audio recordings that you can upload.
You will still have access to your audio recordings for up to 5 years after your subscription ends. After that time has passed, any excess audio recordings over the maximum allowed under the Free plan will be deleted. We will delete starting from the oldest audio recordings first. Alternatively, you may manually choose which ones to delete yourself (but YOU MUST do so before date your excess audio recordings are scheduled to be deleted).
