Genderfluent update, October 2025
iOS App Release
We’re excited to announce that Genderfluent has been released on the iOS App Store! Thank you to all who helped test the app. Please leave a review when you get the chance, it really helps grow the app.
Improvements
- Added Sign in with Apple for easier account access.
- Simplified zooming: Click or tap and drag to select a region to zoom in, with an undo icon in the lower right.
- All free accounts now get 1 minute per day of real-time formant estimation.
- Real-time formant estimates are displayed more smoothly, instead of added in 1-second chunks.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where some audio recordings had a staticky sound to them.
- Resolved an issue where shared audio recordings weren’t displaying chart data like pitch and formants.
- Fixed an issue with incorrect calculation of total saved audio recording time.
- Plus many other small bug fixes and UI improvements.
Android coming soon!
